F.A.Q. - Property Maintenance
| Once the front entrance and infrastructure is installed, Rancho Pacfico Estates will employ a maintance crew to look after the
develpoment. These services will include general maintance of the property and security. Each property owner and developer will
be responsible for their share based based upon per meter square. The exact amount for maintance fee's will be determined once all the services
have been installed. |
