1. Sign an option to purchase/sale with seller
2. Deposit funds in Escrow(Bank of America-United States)
3. Title research performed by Notary Public/Lawyer(Review if property is free and clear of defects)
4. Closing-Execution of transfer Deed. Endorsement of shares and/or mortgage Deed and disbursement of funds. Closing will take place
at Barrantes & Assoc(San Jose Costa Rica)
5. Register new owner/owners with Public Registry
